*Judah J. Levine, *CEO

Judah Levine is an expert in telecommunications, financial services and energy in general, and mobile financial services in particular, who advises corporations and other organizations on various strategic, commercial, and operational matters. As CEO of Mondato, Mr. Levine is responsible for the day-to-day management of the firm, new business development, and strategic initiative delivery. With over 15 years of experience in strategic planning, commercial development, technology innovation, and management for organizations in both developed and emerging markets, Mr. Levine enjoys assisting clients to conceptualize, qualify, and pursue ambitious investment projects and to analyze and solve complex operational problems. He is also active in the development of cutting edge intellectual capital, with several papers and patents to his name, and speaks on occasion at international conferences on topics of interest. Alongside his duties at Mondato, Mr. Levine also serves as CEO of its sister company, HIP Consult. His previous roles included Vice President of International Business Development for Teligent, New Markets Manager of Arbinet, and Consultant with A.T. Kearney’s Communications and High-Tech Practice. Mr. Levine received his MBA and MA from the University of Michigan and BA from Georgetown University, and is proficient in several languages.

Ariadne*Plaitakis*, General Counsel

Ariadne Plaitakis brings to the Mondato team extensive experience in the fields of mobile financial services, financial competition law and regulation. She is a UK-qualified solicitor with over 13 years of experience as a lawyer, and also has a nuanced understanding of the intricacies of the telecommunications and financial services industries.  With both a BA and an MA in Law, as well as a BA from the Georgetown School of Foreign Service and fluency in several languages, Ariadne offers a unique set of competencies and insights on MFS portfolios.  In her spare time, Ariadne serves as a lecturer in Antitrust Law and Compliance at the University of Cergy-Pontoise.

Diana*Boncheva*, Business Development

Beginning her career as a research analyst in the mobile financial services and remittances industries, Diana Boncheva acquired a strong foundation in various MFS topics. She operationalized this knowledge by developing business cases, strategies and implementation plans for firms in the MFS space. Working for an MFS service provider, Diana launched and managed mobile payments projects focusing on parking, ticketing, debt, m-wallets and digital content. Diana holds an international affairs graduate degree from SAIS Johns Hopkins specializing in economics and emerging markets.

*Arielle Jaffe *, Public Relations & Marketing

Arielle Jaffe manages the public relations and marketing at Mondato.  She brings with her experience in both the telecommunications and mobile payment sectors in marketing and communication roles.  With a Bachelor of Commerce and an MBA, Arielle combines an understanding of the MFS industry with a strong business foundation built from a global education across three continents.

Chris Connolly, Media Editor

Chris Connolly leads Mondato’s media efforts and provides research and analysis to support its reputation as a thought leader, as well as assisting Mondato’s work in the field of MFS regulation. He is a graduate of Cambridge University and holds a PhD from the London School of Economics and a Graduate Diploma in Law from City University in London. He is a specialist on East Asia, MFS regulation and social media.
